Eduardo Quiñones presents CLASS at DATE Conference
On 23 March 2018, CLASS Coordinator Eduardo Quiñones, presented CLASS to experts in electronics design, automation and test at the DATE Conference, as part of the New Platforms for Future Cars: Current and Emerging Trends workshop. This workshop brought academic and industry representatives together to discuss the latest methods and tools driving innovation in autonomous systems, in order to work towards efficient systems for the self-driving cars of the future.
The presentation introduced the CLASS project and included the objectives, the proposed architecture to be developed, and the use cases.
‘This workshop offered the ideal opportunity to find out about current research activities in academia and industry relating to the autonomous cars domain, and discover how we can work to our mutual benefit,’ commented Quiñones. ‘With many of the participants working on electronics in the automotive field, their feedback was extremely valuable. We look forward to presenting the project results at future editions of DATE,’ he added.
