Unique CLASS demo presented at Motor Valley Festival

A unique experience was offered to attendees at the Motor Valley Festival this year: the opportunity to see a live demonstration of a car equipped with the latest CLASS technology. The demo took place during the festival in the city of Modena, Italy on 17 May.

Following a presentation of the CLASS infrastructure in the morning, a discussion on further implementation and future development took place in the afternoon session. Visitors had the opportunity to see live demonstrations and test drives of new technologies applied to the field of auto mobility in the context of connected cars and the smart city.

According to Roberto Cavicchioli, Università degli studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia (UNIMORE), “the public was very excited to see the demo and experience the actual car in a real-life environment. We believe that this type of live presentation offers an engaging way to communicate our project to a wider audience”.

About the event

Motor Valley Fest showcased some of Italy’s famous two and four-wheel motor brands. It offered visitors a real “motor experience”, between tradition and innovation, from admiring custom-built and racing cars to witnessing the timeless cars of the 1000Miglia race and the rare chance to see a Ferrari Tribute. This year’s first edition of the event was divided into three “pillars”: Innovation & Talents, Expo, and Adrenaline, and began with a conference on "The Future of the Automotive".
